Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@emilysayshello.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If 15 or more business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@emilysayshello.com.

EU Customers - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@emilysayshello.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item, or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Monthly Mail Club Subscriptions Once a subscription item has been dispatched, it cannot be withdrawn under the cooling-off period, as fulfillment has already begun with your consent at the time of purchase.
